1. Acceptance of Terms
UCCP offers a variety of online resources, which may include a directory of therapists, practitioners, and coaches, classified advertisements, forums, and various email services available on or through UCCP (collectively referred to as “the Service”). By using the Service in any manner, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“TOU”). Additionally, when using specific UCCP services, you agree to adhere to any applicable posted guidelines, which may change from time to time. If you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any modifications, or if you are dissatisfied with the Service in any way, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Modifications to This Agreement
We reserve the right to change, modify, or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at our sole discretion at any time. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing this agreement regularly to stay informed about any changes.
3. Eligibility for Use
UCCP reserves certain parts of the Service exclusively for professional practitioners, therapists, and coaches deemed acceptable by UCCP at its sole discretion. While UCCP strives to limit access to these parts of the Service to such professionals, this does not create any right of action against UCCP for failing to adequately screen potential users or prevent unauthorised access to the Service by non-professionals.
4. Content
You acknowledge that all advertisements, postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, or other materials (“Content”) posted, transmitted, or linked from the Service are the sole responsibility of the individual from whom the Content originated. You are fully responsible for each item of Content that you post, email, or otherwise make available via the Service. If you request UCCP to assist in posting Content, or imply consent for UCCP to post on your behalf, you accept equal responsibility for that Content.
By posting any information or images of yourself on UCCP, you waive any claims against UCCP regarding your image or likeness. You understand that UCCP does not control and is not responsible for personal Content made available through the Service, and that by using the Service, you may encounter Content that is offensive, misleading, or objectionable. By posting User Content, you authorise us to make necessary copies for posting and storage.
When you post Content to any part of the Service, you grant UCCP an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide licence (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Content for any purpose related to the Service. You acknowledge that UCCP does not pre-screen or approve Content, but reserves the right to refuse, delete, or move any Content that violates the TOU at its discretion.
5. Third Party Content, Sites, and Services
UCCP and Content available through the Service may include links to third-party content that is independent of UCCP, including websites, directories, servers, networks, systems, information, databases, applications, software, products, or services. Your interactions with organisations and individuals found through the Service, including transactions related to goods or services, are solely between you and those parties. We encourage you to conduct any necessary investigations before engaging in transactions with these third parties.
UCCP does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any Content or the accuracy of descriptions of goods or services offered. You agree that UCCP shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from dealings between users of the Service. In the event of disputes between users or between users and third parties, you acknowledge that UCCP is under no obligation to intervene, and you release UCCP from any claims related to such disputes.
6. Notification of Claims of Infringement
If you believe your work has been copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been violated, please send your notice (“Notice”) to UCCP’s designated agent:

Your Notice should include:
- The identity of the material on UCCP that you claim is infringing, detailed enough for us to locate it.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
- Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of that owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
7. Privacy and Information Disclosure
UCCP may, at its discretion, preserve or disclose your Content and information such as email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, and other user data. Your personal information is further governed by UCCP's Privacy Policy.
8. Conduct
You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, invasive of privacy, or harmful to minors.
- Is pornographic or depicts sexual activities or exposes inappropriate content.
- Harasses, intimidates, or is hateful towards individuals or groups based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.
- Suggests discriminatory preferences based on various characteristics.
- Violates equal employment opportunity laws.
- Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation.
- Includes personal information about another person without their consent.
- Is fraudulent, misleading, or constitutes "bait and switch".
- Infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other rights.
- Contains unsolicited advertisements or spam.
- Advertises illegal services or prohibited items.
- Contains harmful software or disrupts the functionality of the Service.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Contact anyone who has requested not to be contacted.
- Stalk or harass any individual.
- Collect personal data about other users for unlawful purposes.
- Use automated means to gather data from the Service without permission.
- Post irrelevant or excessive Content or disrupt the Service's normal flow.
9. Posting Agents
A “Posting Agent” refers to any third-party agent or service that posts Content on behalf of others. To manage demands on UCCP’s resources, you may not use a Posting Agent to post Content without express permission from UCCP. Posting Agents are also prohibited from posting Content on behalf of others without permission.
10. No Spam Policy
You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements to UCCP email addresses or through UCCP's computer systems is strictly prohibited by these TOU. Any unauthorised use of UCCP's computer systems breaches the TOU and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
11. Paid Postings
UCCP may charge a fee for posting Content in certain areas of the Service. This fee grants access for Content to be posted in designated areas. Each individual posting Content is responsible for compliance with the TOU. All fees paid are non-refundable if Content is removed for violations of the TOU.
12. Limitations on Service
You acknowledge that UCCP may establish limits on the use of the Service, including the maximum duration Content is retained, the maximum number and size of postings, and the frequency of access. UCCP is not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any Content, and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
13. Access to the Service
UCCP grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the Service for personal use only. This licence does not include:
- Access by Posting Agents.
- Any collection, aggregation, or duplication of the Service without express permission.
UCCP does not permit the display of individual postings or hyperlinks to them without permission. You may link to the home page of UCCP and your profile page, provided the link does not portray UCCP in a misleading or derogatory manner.
14. Termination of Service
You agree that UCCP has the right to delete or deactivate your account and terminate your access to the Service without notice, for any reason, including if UCCP believes you have violated the TOU. UCCP is not liable for any termination of access, and you agree not to attempt to use the Service after termination. Specific sections of the TOU will survive termination.
15. Proprietary Rights
The Service is protected by copyright and international treaties. Content displayed on or through the Service is protected as a collective work. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution of the site or its content is prohibited without express written consent from UCCP. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or copy Content from the Service without permission.
By posting Content, you grant UCCP an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, and distribute said Content and prepare derivative works. UCCP retains rights necessary to prohibit subsequent exploitation of the Content by any party.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
You agree that using UCCP and the Service is entirely at your own risk. UCCP and the Service are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. All express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. UCCP does not guarantee the security, reliability, or accuracy of the Service and is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service.
17. Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances shall UCCP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of UCCP or the Service. Such limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any limitations of liability are not permitted in your jurisdiction, some of the above may not apply to you.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold UCCP, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims or demands arising from Content you submit or from your use of the Service.
20. Violation of Terms and Liquidated Damages
Please report any violations of the TOU by sending an email to [email protected].
If UCCP must pursue legal action to enforce the TOU, you agree to pay UCCP liquidated damages for specified breaches, which you accept as reasonable estimates of damages.

22. Terms of Use for All Services
UCCP offers various online programmes as a convenience to professionals and consumers seeking services. By using the programmes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Use of the programmes is at your own risk, and UCCP disclaims any warranties related to the programmes, professionals, or services.
- UCCP shall not be liable for any losses incurred from your use of the programmes.
- If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Brand Agreement
Legal Disclaimer
By logging into your UCCP account, you agree to the terms outlined below and confirm that you have the authority to represent the manufacturer’s products, pricing, and copyrighted materials online. If you do not agree to these terms, or if you lack the legal right to represent this brand as described, please do not log into your account.
1. Parties
This “Agreement” is made between “I” or “me” or “the Company” and UCCP. The term "UCCP", along with "I", forms the collective "we" or "the parties" that govern this relationship. The parties agree to conduct this transaction and permit the creation of this Agreement electronically.
2. Content
I hereby grant UCCP the right to use images (including logos, product photos, installation images, etc.), product catalogues, and related data, including product pricing, that I provide or have placed on my website (collectively referred to as “the Content”). This Content may be displayed on UCCP and “Affiliated Sites”, including related websites, social media platforms, and any other websites deemed beneficial by UCCP for exposure purposes. I may suggest how best to showcase my products or display the Content, but UCCP retains full discretion over what Content to display, how, and where.
I confirm that I have obtained all necessary rights for UCCP to exercise the rights granted herein, that the Content accurately represents my products, and that I will update my account with any necessary changes to maintain accuracy. UCCP and its Affiliated Sites are not liable for any damages associated with the Content or its interpretation.
3. Fees
(a) Membership: The price is as stated on UCCP at the time of purchasing the membership. This price remains locked in as long as the membership is kept current. All payments are made upfront at the beginning of the annual or 30-day billing cycle. Yearly payments are made upfront at the start of the 365-day billing cycle. Payments will be automatically deducted from the account on file each billing cycle, unless I cancel my account.
4. Length of Contract
This Agreement is valid until I choose to cancel my account.
5. Billing
If a payment is due for my membership but my credit card on file is no longer valid or active, UCCP may attempt to contact me for updated account information. UCCP will wait thirty (30) days before cancelling my membership.
6. Termination
I may request the termination of this Agreement at any time. Termination will take effect at the end of my last billing cycle. UCCP may terminate this Agreement at will. If UCCP terminates this Agreement early and I am not in violation of any terms, I will not receive a prorated refund for any remaining portion of the billing cycle.
